Shipping & pickup

Every set is handmade to order. Please choose a date at least 2 days after you order. Adhesive dots for hanging are included with every order.

• We ship within the United States. Shipping cost is shown before you pay.
• Local pickup in the Chicago area is free. We'll email you the time and place.
• Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number by email.

Returns & refunds

Because each set is personalized with a name and colors you choose, we can't accept returns or exchanges.

• Damaged or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll remake the letter or refund it.
• Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, before we start making your set.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, email, phone number, address and order details.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• We use your details only to fulfill your order and contact you about it. We don't sell or share them for marketing.
• Our site saves your unfinished design in your own browser so you don't lose it. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data.
• To ask what we have on file or to delete it, email us.

Terms

• Colors on screen are a preview. Handmade letters vary slightly in shape, texture and shade, and that's part of their charm.
• Our letters are decor, not toys. Keep them away from babies and young children who may put small parts in their mouths.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• By placing an order you confirm the spelling and colors in your order are correct.
